PictureJames F. Comfort Comfort Pines Nature Study Area ​(38.709494, -90.763422) Comfort Pines Nature Study Area: After entering Busch WA, turn left onto paved Road C. Continue straight on Road C until it becomes gravel. Park at first gravel pullout on the right (opposite the sign that says “Prairie Trail,”) and walk down the track to the large wooden sign. This is an eBird hotspot.

Roundhouse Memorial on Green Trail Summer cottage donated by Blanche and Albert Greensfelder to St. Louis County. WGNSS rented the Roundhouse from St. Louis County Parks Departmen for meetings and a nature museum. Only the foundation and a memorial dedicated to the Greenfelders remain. This site is designated an IBA (Important Bird Area) by Audubon.
